Every trade carries a protective stop from the first tick and a hard risk cap per trade and per day. Money never decides where a stop goes; the chart does.

A refusal is a decision like any other, so it is published like any other. These are the reasons the engine stood down instead of taking a setup - the cap vetoing a stop it could not afford, a target too close to the entry to be worth it, a cooldown after the line took it out.
